REFERENDUM ON CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION
Article XV, Section 9, of the Cherokee Nation Constitution states that the question of whether or not to call a constitution convention to propose adopting amendments, revisions, alterations, or a new constitution shall be submitted to the voters of the Cherokee Nation at least once every twenty (20) years. Therefore:
SHOULD A CONVENTION BE CALLED TO PROPOSE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS, ALTERATIONS, REVISIONS, OR A NEW CONSTITUTION?
